Darwin Days 2014: Evolution and the Fossil Record
February 8-13 | Full schedule available on our website

The fossil record has always been one of the most important categories of evidence for evolution. Central New York is one of the most fossil-rich areas in the world, and so this evidence for evolution is all around us and easily visible to all who will take the time to look. Even closer inspection, however, shows that fossils can also tell us a surprising amount about the pattern — and even the processes — of evolution.

Join PRI staff and guest educators for this year’s Ithaca Darwin Days, as we take a closer look at just what fossils tell us about evolution.

Support is provided in part by Cornell University and the Derek and Leora Kaufman Charitable Fund.
