Summer Programs at the Nature Center

Dates: Through Labor Day, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Cayuga Nature Center, 1420 Taughannock Blvd. Ithaca, NY 14850

The Cayuga Nature Center has activities for the whole family this summer! We have our Animal Encounters program every day at noon, where you can discover all the amazing animal ambassadors that call the Cayuga Nature Center home. Each day we feature a different animal at the noon feedings, and our Animal Care staff is on hand to answer all your questions.

On weekdays at 1 pm, we host our summer Natural History Highlights program at the Nature Center. Join our naturalists each weekday at 1 pm to discover and learn about local flora and fauna, evolution, and the physical processes that define the natural world. Each day's program will fall under a set theme, but the content presented will vary. Check the Events page on our website for the daily themes.

There is also our Summer Camp--with week-long camps for kids ages 3 and up--plus Tree Phenology Walks, Interpretive Gorge Walks, and other programs. See the events page on our website: http://www.priweb.org/events for full details, and check out the Cayuga Nature Center on Facebook, too!

Cost: Free for members; Included with non-member admission.
